General Dentist

We are a busy dental practice and need someone to join our team.

We offer you complete freedom so you can focus on your job, patient satisfaction and dentistry.

The ability to diagnose and treat conditions, abnormalities, teeth, gums, and other injuries is essential. You will also be able perform preventative and surgical procedures.

Roles

  • You will need to examine the patient’s teeth and the surrounding tissue using radiographic and dental instruments. Also, you may have to engage dental support staff.
  • You will plan the patient’s oral healthcare by diagnosing and working closely with all stakeholders, including dentists, patients and physicians.
  • Restore decayed or broken teeth by removing decay, contouring, restoring and extracting teeth; filling existing impressions; prescribing dental crowns; and prescribing partial or complete dentures.
  • Prevent gum disease and treat soft tissue.
  • Root canal treatments and preservation of tooth nerves.

Prerequisites

DMD or DDS obtained from a dental education program that is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.

You must be eligible for licensure and have a valid license in order to provide service dentistry.

Other certifications required by the state, such as CPR and DEA, are also available.

Dental assistant

  • During treatment, you will need to be seated at your side.
  • Assists patients in registering and guiding them to the right examination room.
  • The dentist or dental assistant can check the dental record, medical records, and encounter forms.
  • Prepares the patient for examination and treatment. This includes arranging all dental instruments and bib placement.
  • All examination rooms will be equipped with the necessary supplies and tools.
  • Assists a dentist in X-ray and laboratory tasks.
  • Visitors and patients should be treated with respect and greeted in a friendly way
  • The doctor will find out the needs of the patient and provide all information.
  • Be sure to properly treat all patients
